What services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of services, including Education, Fitness, Beauty, Business Services, and many more. Just drop us a line and we will see how we can help.

Who provides the venue?

Venue can be determined based on a mutually agreed location between you and the service provider.

Is there a registration fee?

No registration fees. The only surcharge we have is a 5% credit card fee if using a credit card to settle the payment. If using bank transfer / cheque / ATM Internet transfer then no surcharge.

 

  Payment

How do I pay for the service?

We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, cheque, ATM or Internet transfer. We do not accept cash payment.

Do I pay any extra to the service provider?

There is no need to pay the service provider anything extra. The payment is settled before the service is performed.

 

  Cancellation

What if I need to cancel my service?

Any cancellations must be made in writing to both TaskPins and the service provider at least 24 hours before the service takes place. The service can be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time, or for monthly bookings, the class can be used as credit for the following month.

 

 

  General

If you refer a friend to TaskPins and that person purchases 10 one-hour sessions of any service (becoming a “New Client”), you will earn HKD300 (“Reward”), and the New Client will earn a 10% discount on the first trial session.

 

  Terms and Conditions

1. The referrers will only be entitled to receive a Reward if the New Client referred to us purchases 10 one-hour session of any service.
2. The Reward will be issued to the referrers once the 10 one-hour sessions have been purchased, confirmed and delivered.
3. 10 one-hour sessions must be purchased and used within 12 weeks from the date of first purchase.
4. The referrer’s name must be presented at the time when the New Client purchases the first trial session.
5. The trial session cannot be counted towards the 10 one-hour sessions.
6. The referrer can refer multiple friends.
7. The Refer & Earn program offer cannot be backdated.
8. The Offer is not allowed to be used with other promotions or offers.
9. TaskPins reserves the right to terminate or suspend this offer at any time and for any reason without prior notice. In case of any dispute,  TaskPins reserves the right of final decision and interpretation.
10. By participating in the Refer & Earn program you are acknowledging and accepting these terms and conditions in their entirety.
11. If there is any conflict or difference between the Chinese version of the terms and conditions and its English version, the English version shall prevail. If any part of the Chinese version is unclear, reference should be made to the English version. The Chinese version may not be translated into English for the purpose of comparing with or interpreting the English version.
